By accessing or using AutoForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.
AutoForge is an AI-powered chat co-pilot designed for use with Joystick and other supported streaming platforms. The Service generates context-aware chat messages using live audio transcription, screen capture analysis, chat activity monitoring, and stream metadata. The Service can operate in manual or autonomous ("AutoForge") mode, automatically deciding when and what messages to send on your behalf.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your streaming platform credentials and any API keys used with the Service. AutoForge authenticates with streaming platforms via OAuth and requires permissions to read chat and send messages on your behalf. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or through your authenticated sessions.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service generates messages using third-party AI providers (including but not limited to Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and OpenRouter). AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or nonsensical. You are responsible for reviewing and approving messages before they are sent, and you accept full responsibility for all messages transmitted through the Service.
When AutoForge's autonomous mode is enabled, messages may be sent without your direct review. You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with unsupervised AI-generated messages, including the possibility of content that may be perceived as inappropriate by your audience or that may violate streaming platform rules.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all messages sent through the Service comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of your streaming platform (e.g., Joystick, Twitch, Kick). AutoForge is not responsible for any account suspensions, bans, or penalties imposed by streaming platforms as a result of messages sent through the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Service processes stream audio, visual data, chat logs, and metadata to generate context-aware messages. API keys and credentials are stored locally in your browser and are not transmitted to AutoForge servers. However, data sent to third-party AI providers is subject to those providers' respective privacy policies.
The Service integrates with and relies on third-party platforms and APIs, including streaming platforms (Joystick, Twitch, Kick), AI providers (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter), transcription services (Deepgram), and local AI models (Hugging Face Transformers). AutoForge is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of AutoForge and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written consent. Messages generated by the Service through your use are considered your content, but the underlying AI models and generation methods remain the property of their respective providers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AutoForge does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that generated messages will be appropriate or accurate. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoForge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, reputation, audience, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes damages resulting from AI-generated content, account penalties from streaming platforms, or third-party service disruptions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoForge and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including streaming platform terms of service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. AutoForge reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.
AutoForge may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the governing jurisdiction.
